Chanel Fall-Winter 2025/26

I’ve always been a Chanel girl at heart. Both for my love of the style and heritage but also for their patronage of many artists across the whole world. The shows are always a spectacle of style and extravagance, the venues are always grand with breathtaking set design. I knew when I got the invitation to the Chanel fall-winter 2025/26 ready to wear show I knew I could never miss it.

Day One – Cocktail Party

It all kicked off with getting dressed for an all black cocktail party (head to toe Chanel ofcourse). The party was held at the heart of Paris: the The Salomon de Rothschild Hotel. True to the heritage of this palace the evening was an extravagant affair with many familiar faces.

The invitation came with the iconic Chanel black ribbon which I decided to incorporate into my look, styling the ribbon into my hair. As a pleasant surprise the ribbon turned out to be the major theme of the show.

Day Two – The Show

Styling a look for the show is a thrill that cannot be easily explained. In the end I chose a tweed dress paired with a black leather jacket and a fun twist on the classic tufted handbag (all Chanel of course).

The show itself was held at the Grand Palais, one of the most beautiful man-made structures on the planet as far as I am concerned. The historic site has been the brands favorite for most of its modern history featuring grand set designs made famous during the beloved era of Karl Lagerfeld’s Chanel. This show carries this tradition forward by featuring a gargantuan black ribbon that weaves through the entire venue.

The collection itself features many of the house staples such the center stage black bow, coming in all sizes, delicate lines, transparencies, tweed with trompe l’oeil effects and illusion tulle. This is why I found the set to be most fitting as my interpretation of the show is a celebration of the house’s most iconic codes. An affirmation of what makes Chanel the iconic brand that we all love as it readies itself for the next chapter of its history as the newly appointed artistic director Matthieu Blazy aims to push the brand into the future. And I for one cannot wait to see what the future holds.
