NFT exhibition – Unpredictable Lines
I am very pleased to invite all of you to the latest Cortesi Gallery exhibition dedicated to digital artists. The exhibition presents four generative artists whose artistic research focuses on the creative process and movement, in which the viewer becomes the protagonist.
Anna Carreras, Jean-Jacques Duclaux (aka Eko33), Julien Gachadoat and Nadieh Bremer have been creating generative artworks from algorithms and codes that aim to promote and continue this dialogue between artist and viewer by presenting works resulting from a process over which the artist has partial control.
The unpredictable work in the eyes of both the artist and the observer leaves the moment of vision suspended between the real and the perceived. This apparent randomness is what captures the viewer’s attention and attracts them. The search for this ordered complexity finds the perfect common denominator in the line is at the basis of the choices of the selected artists. Such a perfect and determined geometric element suggests a new artistic system free from theoretical constraints.
The exhibition juxtaposes screens projecting long-lasting works of generative art by Eko33 and Nadieh Bremer, accompanied by a small curated series of large format prints by Anna Carreras and Julien Gachadoat. The presented works are accompanied by their NFTs minted on cverso.io, the Tezos blockchain.
